Recently, you may have become aware that Ricoh USA are transitioning away from direct media supplies. On July 8th, 2013, Ricoh sent out a letter to their customers outlining their plans.
MtM has been the distribution source for a wide range of media to Ricoh (IKON) for the last 18 years.
How This Policy Change Affects You
Ricoh is still honoring their contractual commitments and servicing global accounts through their support team in Tempe, AZ. Telephone: (888) 456-6457.
This team may direct you to MtM for your media requirements. We are happy to offer ALL Ricoh customers direct supply of the materials you have become accustomed to using.
For convenience, you can use the same product codes you have always used with Ricoh.
Non-Media Supplies
Some customers may be directed to CDW for toners and 3rd party supplies. While CDW is a source of toners, much of the media you have been using is unique to MtM and not available from them.
What to Do Next
To establish your organization in our system and continue to receive the materials you are using, please call us or complete and send back the editable customer New Customer Set-Up Form and you will be entered into our system without delay. This process takes only minutes and your orders will ship on the same day.
